This genius from INTERWEST thought it was awesome to hold up traffic at 50mph in a 60mph as we all tried to go to work. Must be nice to be paid per hour....Interwest must have a lot of time on their hands... Did the customer have to pay by the hour?... just a question... nice job JackAss.
